Government Filing Fees To Increase Beginning Of April This Year

New filing fees for most immigration benefits will take place starting April 1st. There are other changes to consider as well: the fees of EADs and Aps will no longer be included in the Adjustment of Status fees; the size and for-profit or not-for-profit status of the employer will affect the fees; and premium processing timeframes will be longer.
